Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ASK Group's services, including web hosting, domain registration, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
ASK Group provides web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related digital infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: distributing malware, sending spam, hosting phishing content, infringing on intellectual property rights, and engaging in activities that could damage our infrastructure or other users' services.
5. Payment and Billing
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy. We accept payment via M-Pesa, bank transfer, and international cards. Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in service suspension. Prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.
6. Domain Registration
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry (TZNIC for .tz domains, ICANN for generic TLDs). Domain fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information (WHOIS data).
7. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosting services. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding our SLA commitment, you may be eligible for service credits. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.
8. Limitation of Liability
ASK Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may immediately terminate or suspend services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must retrieve your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
